Asaya Hotel is a large luxury hotel in the Kinugawa Onsen spa resort area of Nikko. This hotel consists of two adjoining buildings: the Shuhokan with 13 floors and the Hachibankan with 7 floors. Guests can walk between the buildings via walkways on the 1st and 6th floors. This hotel has an excellent range of facilities which includes several restaurants, bars, and communal hot spring baths.
Guest Rooms
Asaya Hotel has 192 guest rooms which come in a range of Japanese-style rooms with futons and Western-style rooms with single, twin or double beds. Both smoking and non-smoking rooms are available. Some rooms also have their own open-air hot-spring bath with a view.
All rooms come with a TV, refrigerator, air purifier, electric kettle with tea making facilities, hair dryer, hair dryer, yukata (traditional lounge wear), and slippers.
Every guest room has its own hot spring bath with natural mineral waters. Private bathrooms are supplied with free amenities such as body soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush sets, combs, and a full set of towels.

Breakfast & Dining
Breakfast is served in the hotel’s buffet restaurant and consists of Japanese and Western-style dishes which include omelettes, bacon, grilled fish, croissants, waffles, fruit, salad, and plenty of fresh vegetables.
For other meals there is a Japanese-style restaurant overlooking the Kinugawa River and a casual izakaya-style restaurant which has some private dining rooms.

Asaya Hotel has 24-hour front desk with friendly staff who can help you with local sightseeing inquiries. Check-in time is from 15.00 and check-out is by 10.00. Local tours can be arranged by the hotel concierge.
This hotel has numerous hot spring spa facilities in both buildings with natural mineral waters which are said to be good for nerve pain, muscle and joint pain, general fatigue, and digestive problems. The spa features large communal indoor and outdoor baths which are separated by gender. The highlight of the spa is the open-air garden bath on the top floor of the Shohokan building. A variety of massage treatments are also available at this hotel for a fee.
On the 3rd floor of the Shuhokan building there is a cocktail bar, a games corner, and karaoke facilities. The game corner has table tennis and billiard tables as well as games machines.
A souvenir store on the 6th floor of the Shuhokan building has a great range of local specialty gift products.
Free parking is available for hotel guests.
Buses run from this hotel to Kinugawa-Onsen Station and to local attractions.
Location
