Natsukashiya Fuwari is a traditional ryokan-style hotel in a beautiful natural setting that prides itself on its nostalgic atmosphere and old-fashioned hospitality. This hotel has 35 guest rooms. There are Japanese style family rooms with traditional décor, tatami matted floors, and futon beds that can sleep up to five people. There are also Western-style rooms with twin beds.
Twin room
All guest rooms are non-smoking and are provided with air conditioning and heating, free Wi-Fi internet access, a refrigerator, a TV, an electric kettle with tea making facilities, a hair dryer, nightwear and slippers. All rooms have private bathrooms with either a shower, or a bathtub with a shower. Towels and complimentary toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, dental kits, and shaving razors are all provided.

Breakfast & Dining
Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant’s main dining hall from 7.30 till 9.30. Both Western and Japanese breakfasts are available as set meals and should be booked in advance. Dinner is served either in the restaurant’s main dining hall or in private dining rooms according to the guests’ request. The restaurant serves traditional multi-course meals using only the best seasonal and local ingredients.
Other Services & Facilities
Reception staff are polite and friendly and English speaking staff are available. Check-in time is from 15.00 and check-out time is by 10.00.
A welcome cup of plum tea is served to guests upon arrival.
Natsukashiya Fuwari has its own natural hot spring spa facilities with public baths separated by gender. Both indoor and outdoor baths with garden views are available and there is also a sauna. There are also indoor and outdoor hot spring baths that can be rented for private use.
This hotel has a bar, an arcade game corner, and karaoke facilities for evening entertainment.
A souvenir shop selling the hotel’s original chocolate cookies and other local goods is located on the 3rd floor.

Location
Natsukashiya Fuwari is a 10 minute bus ride from Tobu Nikko Station to Nikko Tamozawa Goyotei Bus Stop and from there another 4 minutes on foot. A shuttle bus service is available between the hotel and the station if booked in advance. Here is a map of the location.
