Kinugawa Plaza Hotel has 159 guest rooms over 12 floors which come in a wide range of Japanese and Western style rooms and suites. Western-style rooms come with single, double, twin, or triple beds, while Japanese rooms have futon bedding and traditional tatami mat floors.
There are also rooms that combine Western-style beds with traditional Japanese décor. Some rooms have their own open-air hot spring baths with views overlooking the Kinugawa ravine. All rooms are supplied with a TV, telephone, refrigerator, electric kettle, hair dryer, and traditional yukata robe lounge wear. Bathrooms are supplied with body soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, shaving razors, toothbrush sets, and cotton buds.

Kinugawa Plaza Hotel has four restaurants serving Japanese, Spanish, and Chinese cuisine. Breakfast is served in the first-floor buffet restaurant with terrace seating overlooking the Kinugawa River. The buffet features a wide range of western and Japanese dishes including healthy obanzai style side dishes, freshly baked bread, eggs, juice, coffee, and tea.

Check-in time at Kinugawa Plaza Hotel is from 15.00 and check-out is by 10.00. Luggage can be stored at reception before checking in or after checking out.
Kinugawa Plaza Hotel has a large hot spring spa on the 1st floor with communal baths separated by gender. These include large indoor baths, outdoor baths overlooking the Kinugawa ravine, and a sauna. Private hot spring baths set in their own garden are also available for a fee. The natural mineral waters are said to be good for muscle pain, general fatigue and for improving skin condition.
This hotel has a games room with a billiards table and a table tennis table. A variety of board games can be borrowed from reception.
An outdoor swimming pool is available in the summer months. The pool is on the 2nd floor but is accessed from a 2nd floor entrance.
Other facilities on the 3rd floor include drinks vending machines, a self-service laundry room with washers and dryers, a mini-library, a gift shop, and a free internet space with computers.
Location
Kinugawa Plaza Hotel is a 17-minute walk from Kinugawa-Onsen Station and just 4 minutes away by taxi. There is a “Dial Bus” service at Kinugawa-Onsen Station that also transports train passengers to this hotel and other hotels throughout the Kinugawa Onsen resort area. To use this service, board the bus at bus stop 5 and tell the driver your destination. The fare is just 200 yen. The Dial Bus can also be booked for trips to local attractions such as the Edo Wonderland or Tobu World Square theme parks.
