Though the hotel is a little distant from the main Nikko sightseeing attractions, it is very convenient for Nikko Botanical Gardens, the Kanmangafuchi Abyss, and Tamozawa Imperial Villa. A bus service runs directly to and from the hotel and serves the main tourist areas and the JR and Tobu railway stations.

This hotel has its own on-site restaurant called Garden Court which serves French cuisine and features outdoor terrace seating and garden views. Breakfast is served here between 7.00 and 8.30 and consists of healthy items such as soup and salad as well as typical Western style breakfast items such as scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, toast, and coffee. Dinner is served between 18.00 and 21.00. You can expect to spend upwards of 1,100 yen for breakfast or 3,500 yen or more for dinner.

Check-in time is from 15.00 and check-out time is by 10.00. Staff are friendly and will be happy to recommend hiking courses that you can take in the area around the hotel.
In the hotel lobby you can find free coffee, a billiards table, a cozy fireplace, and a comics corner. Free Wi-Fi is available in the lobby area but not in the guest rooms.
This hotel features its own natural hot spring baths with both indoor and outdoor bathing facilities. The lightly alkaline waters are said to be good for joint and muscle pain, neuralgia, and fatigue. There are separate bathing facilities for men and women. The indoor baths are available to enter all day and the outdoor baths open from 15.00 to 22.00.
The hotel also has a drinks vending machine and a self-service laundry area with coin-operated machines.
In-room massages can be arranged for a fee.
